This special conserve is made from strawberries grown on our farm in Tiptree. Every year, we pick the best varieties of Strawberries to be included. Some of the previous varieties have included Malling Centenary, Prize, and Karima, these are all everbearer strawberries and all have a very similar taste. The blend of more than one variety creates a classically traditional Strawberry Jam, which offers a sweet and rich flavour. 
Enjoy a taste of Tiptree finest strawberries on your morning toast, as a filling in a cake or with a scone and cream.
