Quince Jelly
Quinces are part of the apple family.
To produce this traditional jelly we crush the fruit, bring to the boil and simmer gently. This releases all the flavour and gives the jelly a wonderful pink colour. It is then transferred to our fruit press where the fruit is squeezed slowly to release the juice.
Ideal for use as a condiment, Quince jelly is also a perfect partner for Cheddar cheese.
